Truth Revealed
Arthur immediately takes out His sword and looks at Guinevere and Lancelot, with disgust and shame, and with a righteous tone He shouted "How could you, my wife and closest friend, do you know what you have forced me to do!?"
With a swift thrust, Arthur stabbed Guinevere in the heart, killing Her instantly, leaving her lifeless
body in Lancelot' arms. When suddenly, Guinevere' image began to fade, revealing the Lady Morgana in her place. Enraged and in turmoil Lancelot looks up shouting Noooo! You will know what it is to lose your wife!!!, and His form is revealed to be Vortigern in disguise.
Arthur having realized that Lancelot had not betrayed Him, and that it was all a ruse, all to smear the name of Lancelot and Guinevere, so that the Kingdom would lose confidence in their knights and King Arthur' ability to rule His own household, Arthur summons Lancelot to arrest Vortigern. As all the Kings men converged to detain Vortigern and protect Guinevere, Just as Arthur was going to embrace His wife, Vortigern his Morgana and Guinevere Vanished before their eyes, leaving Arthur and His men searching Camelot in a frantic uproar.
Meanwhile Myrddin, while in prayer, learns of the events that have just transpired in Camelot, and the Lord sent Her to rescue Guinevere from her Captors. Just before she left however, Merlin walks in the room, and tells Her "I will distract Vortigern, while you go get Guinevere, and bring Her back to the Monastery for refuge."
Myrddin Agrees, but tells Merlin, "but do not forget you must return to Camelot and tell Arthur, that Guinevere has been rescued. So that they don't go off to war with Vortigern." "Vortigern is not your battle to face, only Arthur must defeat Him." Merlin agrees as they both open a breach to Vortigern' fallen Kingdom.
