Merlin' Slumber
As time progressed and the name of Leonardo Da Vinci became synonymous with the Art Community, Merlin grew bored. Finding no pleasure in the work that He had created a name for. Merlin began spending time in taverns and telling people stories of His adventures. One evening after drinking the day away in a Tavern, Merlin wandered off into the woods, complaining of His boredom to the Lord.
The Lord pointed out a tree to him, and caused Him to fall asleep. But when Merlin arose from his slumber, He found himself with a wife and children, living a common life. Living like anyone else in
that era. It was 20 years later from when he fell asleep. Merlin immediately ran back out into the woods to escape His wife' nagging and cried out to the Lord. "My God, What have you done to me!?"
The Lord responded "You said you were bored, I wanted you to see what it would be like had you lived a common life. One not filled with extraordinary circumstance."
In that moment, Merlin began to remember all He had experienced, and realized how privileged He was to live such an extraordinary life. Merlin then went away into the town, and found a journalist to inspire and beguile with tales of great adventure and a life of lessons learned.
It was said that these stories inspired writings of a man who slept a lifetime and stories of a man visited by ghosts in a time of distress.
Not long after, Merlin went back to the woods under the tree, to try and fall asleep again. Just then Myrddin opened up a rift, and told Him "Merlin! Wake up!! Stop Lolli gagging under this tree."
Merlin startled, leaps from where he slept and says "what is it Mother! You startled me. I was trying to sleep."
But Myrddin replies "There is no time for that, are 20 years of slumber not enough for you!?"
Merlin confused "well...how... how could you know that?"
Myrddin says "The Lord told me of your boredom and I am here to take you, to a time where you have gotten off track, with your philosophies and understandings."
Merlin steps through the rift with His Mother, to a time when a group of Elitists have taken hold of the world through fear, as a secret society called the Shadow Brotherhood also known as The Illuminati.
