Lady of the Lake
Myrddin and Merlin emerge from their breach and while Merlin stands guard by his mother' side. searching for Guinevere, Myrddin uses all her senses to track her, when suddenly the Lord interrupts her thoughts, showing her an image of where Guinevere is being held captive and how to get there.
Myrddin then follows the path the Lord has shown her, making her way through the dark corridors of the fallen kingdom. Meanwhile Merlin, senses Vortigern approaching and tells Myrddin "you go on mother and I'll keep Vortigern busy." While Myrddin continued in her search, she discovers a young woman, wearing tattered clothes with the emblem of Camelot on her shoulder.
The young girl says "please do not harm me, I am with child.""Vortigern forced me to bear him a
child, He took me when I was gather herbs and spices from the woods, for the Harvest Banquet last year." Myrddin tells her, "get behind me, and follow me.""Do not leave my side." Not long after, Myrddin finds Guinevere, hiding in the corner of a cell, just as the Lord had shown her. Guinevere stands up with excitement at the sight of Myrddin.
Myrddin tells her "Come, there is no time to waste, we must leave...Now!"
Meanwhile Merlin senses that his Mother has found Guinevere, but that she has also found another prisoner that she has set free. Merlin grins after spending time deflecting Vortigern' attacks and then sends a pulse knocking Vortigern off his feet. Just then Myrddin appears from the darkness with the two, and Merlin opens up the breach. Leading them all to the Monastery.
Vortigern shouts "Come Back Here!!!" as the breach closes behind them all.
Upon arriving at the Monastery, Guinevere says, "I must return to Camelot, you must take me to Arthur." Myrddin tells her "your time with Arthur has come to a close, it's time for the next chapter of your life. Just as Arthur' time draws near, you will see each other again, in time."
Guinevere says "what do you mean, I must see Him." Merlin says "you cannot see Arthur, for he soon will face King Vortigern and it will be His final battle, in this life." But Myrddin takes Guinevere by the hand and says "but God is not finished with you yet, He has another purpose for you, if you will have it."
Guinevere asks "what is it?" and Merlin says, you must protect, the Excalibur, with your life" if you choose to accept the Lord' will for you, He will bless you with immortality, until the sword is back in Arthur' hands once again." Guinevere' eyes are filled with tears, and nods her in acceptance. In that moment Myrddin and Merlin place their hands on her shoulders, and anoint her Lady of the Lake, keeper of Excalibur.
