As Myrddin leaves, her shield lifts and a Dark King emerges from a shadowy rift in front of his Kingdom, "Who dares step foot on the borders of my Kingdom!?" Merlin sensing the darkness surrounding this figure looks over as Arthur slowly rides toward this menacing King, "I am King Arthur of Camelot, these walls are born of Magic, and it does not belong in this land, for this land belongs to God and His people! I ask that you stand down, and lift the spell that you have placed upon this land!!"

The Dark King smirked and scoffed at Arthur' demands, and replied "I am King Vortigern, and I claim this land in the name of The Fallen One." Merlin suddenly felt a chill run down his spine and a flash of a brief vision revealing the death of His father at the hand of Vortigern.

Just then King Arthur feels God move on him with a righteous indignation to step down from his horse and walk toward King Vortigern. Arthur lifts his sword into the air then pierces it into the ground, with a God like strength and with a thunderous noice the ground splits open in front of Him and the chasm continues until the castle wall is split.

King Vortigern shaken to his knees stands up quickly and begins to summon a fire in his hands, intent on hurling it at Arthur. As Vortigern attempts to throw his fire, Merlin stretched out his hand sending out a pulse repelling the fireball back at Vortigern. Struck by the energy pulse that Merlin threw, Vortigern is sent hurling back into his Kingdom surrounded by his own fire.

Shortly after this all of King Vortigern' men fled for there lives knowing they were outmatched. King Arthur sounds the retreat of victory and returns to Camelot.

Not knowing that this was only the beginning of the coming battle.
