The Legend

Myrddin now six months pregnant has returned to her village, wandering through the village she hears at a distance everyone in an uproar, and the village in shambles. Looking around she sees all the villagers shouting about the sword. "Whoever pulls the Sword from the stone will be the rightful King!"

Understanding now all that is going on she makes her way through the crowd and near the stone she sees Arthur looking around at the Villagers. Myrddin approaches Arthur, happy to finally see a familiar face, now standing right next to Him, Myrddin taps Arthur's shoulder "don't I know you?!"

Arthur preoccupied with all that is going on around Him turns and says, "hello old friend" not noticing she was pregnant. Myrddin turns her attention to the Sword at the center of the crowd. Seeing the villagers nearly losing their minds trying to pull the sword from the stone to no avail. Myrddin then looks at Arthur "why do you not try your hand at the Sword?"
Arthur laughs a hearty laugh then turns to Myrddin, "things may have changed in your absence, but I am still a mere farmhand."

Myrddin smirks and nods "that does not mean you can't try Arthur, everyone else here is, there is no reason for you not to try as well." Arthur shakes his head and reluctantly approaches the Sword in the stone. The villagers becoming silent they watch as Arthur approaches, with the nearby Noblemen becoming unsettled at the sight they begin mocking and laughing. Arthur now next to the Sword, reaches out His hand and grabs the hilt of the sword and exhales for a moment. Talking to himself Arthur says "well old boy, here goes nothing." Just then Arthur begins to pull the sword at first seemingly difficult, but then the Earth beneath Him begins shaking and as He pulls a loud thunder in the sky can be heard, when suddenly Arthur notices the Sword moving and then with a hard pull He frees the sword and lifts it into the air.

The crowd including the Noblemen become silent at the sight, then in the background Myrddin shouts "Behold, your new King!" No one seeing Myrddin, only hearing a loud voice the villagers all begin shouting "Long Live King Arthur! Long Live King Arthur!"
