Meanwhile...

Myrddin had become scared, due to the events that transpired with Arthur. Not only was she pregnant with His child, but she had to make a decision that would affect both of their lives forever. Myrddin's visions showed Her the life Arthur was meant to live, becoming King and marrying another woman.

Not only that but to learn of her own purpose of serving Arthur as His royal advisor, this left Myrddin in disarray. Myrddin went to be alone with God, to seek answers of all that She had seen. Arriving at a familiar place late that evening, Myrddin sat beneath the old oak tree from Her childhood. Closing Her eyes and surrendering Herself to God, she begged for forgiveness for what she had done. Fearing she may have changed Arthur's important future.

The Lord then spoke to her, His voice comforting and divine, reminding Myrddin that children are a gift from God, and that the reason a child was conceived was because He allowed it, the Lord allowed this Child to be born as He had a great purpose in store for him. God told her that He would make his name great, and the child would have foresight of things to come before their time, and the Lord let Myrddin know that every work this child put his hands to, would be blessed.

With that Myrddin dried her tears and got up from underneath the oak tree, with the knowledge that God was with Her and her child, knowing that everything is as it should be.

Meanwhile...

Arthur was still heartbroken after reading Myrddin' note, after finishing he chores Arthur spent His time at the pond, thinking about Myrddin and their last moment together. Arthur could not figure out why She had left, and wondered if it was something he said, hoping one day She would return again soon. Arthur often wondered how Myrddin could possibly know or believe He would be King.

Leaving the pond, Arthur returned to His village with His mind wandering and feeling lost, He then spots a villager running and shouting to the village end "The King is Dead! The King is Dead!"
