And So it Goes...

As time progressed, Myrddin not only grew in power but in wisdom and with wisdom comes understanding. She would need that understanding for what lies ahead of her.

Myrddin and Arthur had grown closer and closer as they grew in age. going on adventures, exploring Albion and all it's lands. Myrddin had lost her family a couple years back and Arthur's family allowed  her to stay with them in a small cottage on their land. This only brought Arthur and Myrddin closer together. One day Myrddin went early in the morning, to bathe in a nearby pond. unbeknownst to Her, Arthur had gone to retrieve firewood much earlier and was heading to the pond to wash up after the brief outing. As Arthur approached the pond he was taken by surprise to find Myrddin bathing. Arthur quickly hid himself, and was taken back with the sight of her beauty, and wrestled with wondering if He should make himself known or stay hidden.

But besides to efforts to remain concealed, Myrddin could sense His presence, and told Him to show himself. Arthur now nervous beyond belief, stepped out from behind the bushes and attempted to apologize, but found himself speechless, while standing in front of Myrddin, swimming nude in the pond. They stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity. Realizing that they were both young adults now. Arthur proceeded to remove his clothes and join Her in the Pond.

Later that day Arthur and Myrddin wanted to discuss what happened between them, and what it meant for their future.
Arthur exclaimed as a matter of factly, that they should be wed. But Myrddin had visions of Arthur becoming King and marrying another, while they made love, she also was made aware that they conceived a son. She knew that they couldn't be anything more than friends. And didn't know how to tell Arthur. What she saw. So later that evening, Myrddin packed her belongings and left a note for Arthur, telling Him that One day He would be King, and she would return to help Him.
